Ahh I hate to say this but I am shocked at the great reviews for this place. Maybe my BBQ expectations are just too high for being in the South, but this was just not…great… We come from a state absolutely not known for any sort of BBQ, and we’ve had several better BBQs than this. There is no beef on the menu, so we ordered the pulled pork and chicken. The chicken seemed like lightly smoked Costco precooked chicken breast strips… the pork was just fine. Also nothing was hot, just hardly warmer than room temperature. The coleslaw tasted like chemical cleaner. The only thing saving this place was the hash brown casserole which was very good. We had the ribs, buffalo chicken quesadilla, and the Rainbow sandwich. The rainbow sandwich is a fun, 3 layer tea sandwich with the crusts cut off, layered with pimento cheese, homemade chicken salad, and cucumber salad. I loved it and it was a must try. Portions were large. I thought the hash brown casserole, beans, and slaw were all really good as sides.

Cute little place for BBQ and many other types of sandwiches. Service is always fantastic and prices are very reasonable.

Very casual, service is minimal, food is decent. Not great, but quick and pretty tasty bar b que.

Great good. Right by incline railroad. Even my incredibly picky husband liked it.
