Starting with the highlights, the white wine flight was beautifully balanced with our appetizers. The smooth reds offered a fantastic selection that I would definitely order again. As for the food, the burrata was a delightful shareable dish that always satisfies. The trio of bruschetta was simply divine; it was such a fun appetizer with a variety of flavors including mushroom and goat cheese, apple and raisin mascarpone, and kabocha gouda. Then there was the mascarpone lemon fettuccine—when I saw this on the menu, I was thrilled! I love lemon in pasta, and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend it. As a group of four we got the crab stuffed shrimp, fish and chips and the lamb pappardelle. Our server wasn’t very helpful in helping us find our way around the menu. But we did! If I had to rank them the crab stuffed shrimp, the lamb pappardelle and then the fish and chips. Fish and chips were like little popcorn fish nuggets and very lemony which made you love them or think it was over bearing. The broil on the shrimp was immaculate. Only complaint is that I need more when sharing The pappardelle had good flavor and seem like it could be filling all by itself. All in all the food was great. Will be back to try some more of their exciting options.
Passed by The Pursuit on my way home from work one day, and it looked fun! Decided to go the next day with my partner for dinner. The drinks were great; we ordered a Wine Flight which was amazing, and the Whiskey a Go-Go! The food was a little bit disappointing. The Brussel sprout salad was not very good, and we spent an extra $11 to add (a measly portion of) steak on top. The Carbonara Linguine was slightly better, but there was way more oil in the dish than we were expecting. Would definitely go back for a happy hour sort of vibe, but I wouldn't order food here again.
This is the best pasta I have had in years, and everyone at the table got different orders and loved everything they got. I’m still thinking about it days later. The staff is so kind and attentive, chef even came out and asked how we liked the food. Great selection of wines. Great bang for your buck on the charcuterie board. I plan on becoming a regular here because I must try everything on the menu. So so so good. Réservez une table maintenant
First time visiting, we came in for the Brazil Uruguay wine tasting and it was fantastic! For $42 you get 6 half glass pours and a guided tasting. It was worth every penny, and you get discounted bottles of your favorites to take home. I had the trio of bruschetta and everyone was delicious! Can't wait to come back!
The wine flights were a fantastic idea, and I particularly enjoyed the slightly sweet one. This is definitely the best wine bar I’ve ever visited! I didn't try much of the food, but I did sample the shrimp, which had great flavor, though it felt a bit overpriced for just four shrimp.
