I ordered a pint of real ale, Sharp's Atlantic, which came out very cloudy but was still drinkable. When I asked for the CAMRA discount on the real ale, as advertised, I was informed that it was only available on Mondays to Thursdays in the evenings. This was a new policy for me, as a CAMRA member. We inquired about seating and were told that the tables were reserved for food, despite there being no customers arriving until 12:30pm or 1pm. There were high stools by the side of the lounge with tables, but these were not suitable for us due to our age and back problems. We were advised to sit in the bar instead. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and we do not plan on returning....

Well i ain't been in here for years . But what a great friendly atmosphere people you have never seen or met say hello. The 2 dogs are really friendly as well The staff are polite . The food was spot on . Great prices and definitely worth a visit and i will definitely be returning 10/10 from me

The new owners have done this pub up a treat. Lovely home cooked Sunday lunch which was plentiful, tasty and hot. Very reasonable too. And, they spent time ensuring we were all looked after including my elderly parents ! Lovely welcoming place and great food too

My group frequently dines at this restaurant and once again we were impressed with the staff, service, and food. We have no complaints and would like to thank them again. We have already made a reservation for next month.

Our daughters local she wouldn’t take us anywhere else. A great choice of beers (over 50) most of which were craft ales. A good selection of hot and cold foods. Great atmosphere.

Booked a Sunday lunch for 7 and the food and service couldn't be faulted. The prices are very reasonable for this day and age and we would definitely go back.
