The Queens Head Pub is a welcoming watering hole that transports you across the pond with its cozy British charm, tucked away in an old part of Burlington in a historic building. Walking through the wooden door, I was immediately struck by the pub's cute decor plaid fabrics, Scottish and British portraits, and football memorabilia adorning the walls. While the theme is Scottish and British, the crowd had a more international flair, reflecting the pub's Canadian home. I found food overpriced and not that good. Was told fish was a light batter, but in fact was beer batter and was placed on the fries which made them soggy. Waiter hardly paid attention to our table, and we waited a long time for our order. I felt like he was more interested in the outdoor patio and to people who ordered drinks, didn't give us the time of day. Would not return unfortunately. Price per person: CA$20–30

Lovely pub and restaurant in a great spot! Food was sooooooo good. We had the fish and chips and chicken wrap and it was so fresh and tasty. Atmosphere is great and it’s not pricey either which is a bonus! Would not return. I have been here on a number of occasions for drinks., we both ordered the burger and fries. Burgers were so dry and tasteless.
