The Queens Head Pub is a welcoming watering hole that transports you across the pond with its cozy British charm, tucked away in an old part of Burlington in a historic building. Walking through the wooden door, I was immediately struck by the pub's cute decor plaid fabrics, Scottish and British portraits, and football memorabilia adorning the walls. While the theme is Scottish and British, the crowd had a more international flair, reflecting the pub's Canadian home. Visitors from across the Commonwealth mingled happily with locals over fish and chips, bangers and mash or a pint of ale. The menu sticks closely to British pub classics, with a few Canadian twists.
