The Queen's Head - Réservation de table

Came here with my friend to catch up on life. Had a few beers and an appetizer. I ordered springrolls. For 7.95 you get 3 little skinny, rather sad looking springrolls. They tasted ok but the portion was very scrimpy. However, maybe it's my fault for ordering springrolls at a British Pub haha. Service was great, our waitress was nice and hospitable. Brought the food and the beers over pretty quickly. I liked the velvet red seats they have in the corner. Great place to go if the bumping "nightclub" scene at King's Arms isn't your cup of tea. However I did recall their kitchen closing by midnight and their last call was rather early as well.

Group of 8 (extended family, all adults) getting together before a family event in Oakville. Guys had various draft beer (all good) and gals had some wine - reasonably priced and good selection of 6, 9 or bottle servings. Menu is traditional pub food and one of the group said that their wings were as good as any he had ever had. Curries good, fish and chips good, wraps good and chicken fingers good in a huge serving. Service was friendly and good.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years and it never fails to impress me. The fish and curry dishes are delicious. The bar staff always greet me by name and remember my drink preference. I sometimes like to mix things up just to surprise them. Overall, a great dining experience.

I came into Queens head on a Friday night to relax after a long work week. I wanted to have a good meal so I ordered fish and chips. Unfortunately the fries were very very very soggy. Fries are extremely important to me and I am extremely disappointed. Do not recommend. #nosoggyfriesplease Réservez une table maintenant

Dropped by for a couple of beer with friends. Haven't been there for a while as I have found the food deteriorating in the past year. Still the same sticky tables. At least the beer was cold.

We had fantastic food and service at this restaurant! The last time we dined at the pub 25 years ago, it was just as great and much appreciated.

If you want a bit of Britain in Oakville, drop by the Queen's Head for a brew and curry or to watch a soccer game. Great fun!
