Have eaten here a few times in recent months, friendly staff who make you feel very welcome. Quality of the food has been good. We did book for Sunday lunch and upon arrival was told there was literally only 2 portions of meat left, one turkey and one beef and no Yorkshire puddings which was disappointing but it was later in the afternoon so my advice would be if you book a Sunday lunch in advance then state what meats you want at the time of booking to ensure you get them. Other than, a great local pub.

I come here sometimes after work for a cheeky pint. Multiple bar areas, but you never have to wait to be served. Super friendly staff, great beer and food and nice outdoor seating area with good parking too. What more do you want??

Thank you. I can't find a mistake at the place, the kindest pub I've ever known, a country pub in the middle of a city. extremely friendly staff and an amazing atmosphere. fantastic real homemade food no fake frozen müll.

Brilliant staff, attentive and friendly. Went there for a date night and had a great time. Food was perfect along with the atmosphere.
