The Rambler Inn

Obviously extremely busy because it was a sunny day so table space was at a premium and queues at the bar inevitable but this is a perfectly situated pub to start or end a walk with good food and good beer. They've got plenty of friendly competent staff serving, it's just a victim of its own success. Always our first and last pub on a visit to Edale Rooms: 5

Was nice but felt like I had to leave after (on a quiet day) only had one drink and heard the barlady say well it 's took him half an hour to drink half a pint definitely didn 't feel welcomed, there was no one in there have some respect for your costumer 's , think I 'll go up the street to the better pub! Don’t know what the rooms are like, not stayed there. Good selection of beers, excellent service from the staff. Great place for a pint and meal after a walk around Edale. Service: 5 Location: 5
