I have visited this venue on three occasions and I have tried my best to enjoy the food, service and the atmosphere. On paper it should be a fantastic location however my last visit showed how bad the service really was. We waited 20 minutes to be served what to drink it took 10-15 minutes to bring our drinks over and after taking our order it took nearly 50 minutes to bring our food over. I really don 't like to slam local businesses down but taking nearly an hour to serve food to 4 people is really bad, the service was not greeted to how was you meal nor did they asked if we wanted more drinks during our meal, simple things to please customer service and I really do think this was a one of...
Staff were friendly, helpful and very informative. We had a child with a nut allergy on the table and nothing was too much trouble for them when dealing with his order. Food was delicious and everyone had food envy with every dish that was brought out. Relaxed atmosphere and we have a wonderful time. We will definitely be back.
