My husband, young daughter, and I enjoyed a fantastic Sunday meal at this restaurant. We were warmly welcomed at the pub even though we didn't have a booking, and our meals arrived promptly. The roast sirloin of beef was not only delicious but also very tasty. The service was excellent, and there was a fantastic outdoor play area for the kids. We will definitely return if we are in the area again. What a great discovery! Thank you to the Rhodes family.
Four of us had an excellent lunch at reasonable cost. Interesting varied menu and specials board. Food well presented by very friendly, efficient proprietor and staff. Good selection of beers, kept in good condition. This place was found by pot luck on the Internet, but how lucky we were to find it. Highly recommended.
The menu at this restaurant was vast and intriguing, the food was outstanding. It truly was fantastic, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The hostess was delightful, accommodating, and the service was top-notch. Unfortunately, I live in Berkshire or else I would visit this place every week!
Excellent is the word! Greeted by a lovely lady serving us drinks and the menu was fab! I had a fillet steak with proper chips and all the trimmings with a peppercorn sauce and my partner had Pie of the day, which he said was best pie ever. We will definitely be back. Réservez une table maintenant
