Roadside Potatohead

Wish I had remembered to take a photo because this was one of the best meals I've ever had. We did the Pulled Pork Po' Boy and Chicken Pita. The pork was most with a nice smoky flavor, slaw was just sweet enough to add to it. The chicken was juicy on a pita that was light and chewy (in the good way). The curly fries where perfect, and the size of a basket is enough for 3. If you're in Valdez, The Potato is a must stop location for food!

Simple dining offer photo concentrated food. We enjoyed the fast, friendly service and eat the place. My wife tried the Sputniks in McCarthy a few years back and loved them so she had the opportunity to have them back. We also appreciate the Pride flag and hope they want to show it over Pride month. Good mix of interior and exterior seats.

All right! This was our way to breakfast / lunch every day while in Valdez. Lovely that they veggie options and the food portions were plentiful! Sweet outdoor seats on the terrace plus many picnic table for busy times (also had interior seat, but the weather was so good we choose outdoors). Definitely recommend!

Sooo good! Breakfast and breakfast Burritos who were great. On the same day they returned to dinner, they had live music, fire pit went outside, and their food met the place. The crust on her thin crust pizza was great! Mac and cheese were phenomenal. The rosemary garlicries, also delicious! Large portions Réservez une table maintenant

Absolutely delish! I got chili cheese fries- it was huge and everything was covered evenly and lots of yummy toppings, chilli was good! Hubs got Bonanza Burger said it was super good! He loved the tater beer a lot as well

Yummy. Got the pulled pork on top of fries. Be sure to ask for their homemade barbeque sauce! Chili cheese fries were top notch! Both had a decent amount of stuff on top. Great taste. 5 stars.

Great discovery! Closes for the winter season but before 1 October. We had burgers and homemade stew. Here on business and really enjoyed the staff and food.
