The Rolling Omelet

This was the only place in town that was open for breakfast so we decided to stop by. Definitely worth it. We ordered a breakfast burrito and an English muffin sandwich and it was delicious. Everyone was super friendly. Bonus points: the name is adorable and it was in a school bus.
