We have eaten here before, for my birthday, and enjoyed it so much we were determined to return. Expectations were high as it had been so good before, however, we were still amazed by the food again! Chicken linguine was wonderful. Moist flavourful chicken...with a green drizzle that was so nice I could have drunk it! Seafood, wonderful, and my very fussy sister almost licked her plate clean, she enjoyed the swordfish so much. Cannot recommend this place enough. Well done chef. Why don’t you have a Michelin star yet?

This restaurant offers fantastic food at very reasonable prices, using locally sourced ingredients. The fish dishes are exceptional, sourced from a nearby fishmonger. The Mersea oysters served with a tequila shot as a starter are delicious and reasonably priced (3 oysters for £6.50). The roasted pigeon breast with parsnip mash was perfectly cooked. I highly recommend dining here. The chef, Mat Lucania, brings experience from top London kitchens and has a vibrant and effective influence on the menu.

friends catch up girlie night......from the moment we arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff. Nothing was a problem, very attentive, food was great, portion size perfect, price amazing, could not fault at all! Everyone complimented the staff, the food and the comfortable friendly...atmosphere. Will definitely visit again. Thank you to the Rosebud team for a lovely evening x

was only in his hidden gem with some friends to pick up for a girlie. absolutely beautiful eating and the staff were attentive and helpful. special cries to the biscoff cheesecake. make sure they leave room, because this is not to be missed. an absolute hidden gem! visited with friends after a recommendation and it was not disappointed. great eating, fantastic attentive staff. really reasonable prices, nice looking at the back and so much choice on the menu. I can't wait to go back. very recommended...allin

everything about this place was amazing, eating was honest soouo tasty, I was surprised how reasonable the prices are too. I had heard about his impressive call, but now I experienced it for myself, I could not agree anymore. I'm looking forward to next. Thank you.

Excellent meals. Swordfish cooked and presentation were to perfection. My partner had the seafood linguine ,superb. Staff attentive, especially kieran. A very nice Sunday afternoon and made to feel very welcome.
