The Rotisserie - Réservation de table

In the past we have visited at the rotisserie many times especially enjoyed there lobster nights. Well on May 6, we thought we would try it again, unfortunately it did not go as planned. The last time we were there the lobster was served from the kitchen and come to the table as a half lobster which was awesome because it was nice and hot and fresh. We thought the process was still the same as the waiter did not tell us any different and when we asked to order some lobster we were told about the new process. So we went to look at the lobster tails that they were offering that they were charging a premium upgrade of $15.00. These were not lobster tails they were tails cut in quarters which is...

My family went out for a buffet experience and we were disappointed. The place is somewhat dirty, but the thing that matters the most is the quality/taste of the food. The food in the buffet trays were way too hot an over cooked, lots of food was out and nothing much was in the trays except for stuck, old food at the bottom. I had seen others picking at the food to try and find something fresh to eat! Another thing is their advertising has pictures of many desserts and a large supply of fresh looking food. When we went to get supper nothing was fresh and we would have to wait a long time before they would bring out a bit of freshly cooked food. We went for dessert hoping it wouldn’t disappoi...

We got there just after 5 on the 13th. There is a large variety. For the price, it's not really worth it. I was excited for corn on the cob, except there was no butter anywhere. One pasta dish was stuck to the pan and dried up like it was from the day before. Other than that, it was alright for the most part. My kids ate mostly mash potatoes and gravy. They were happy. The service was ok they cleared plates and seemed friendly. Never did ask us if we wanted drinks. Just gave us water. (I only wanted water anyway) . However, I was completely grossed out that none of the bathroom soap dispensers had soap in them. When I told the host, it seemed like it was not a priority as he didn't go either...

We had a few average visits to the rotisserie last year, but this morning we decided to give it another shot. I'm happy to report that the food was quite enjoyable. The eggs Benedict were slightly overcooked on the bottom, which is a common issue at buffets, but the eggs themselves were perfect. While the bacon could have been of better quality, the steak was cooked just right. Overall, the food was fresh and flavorful, and we all loved the banana French toast. What really stood out was the service; our server was friendly and engaged in conversation with us. We felt well taken care of, and it was clear that they genuinely appreciated our business. I previously left a glowing review of this place but upon a post on fb they responded in poor business etiquette and on rudeness... Whoever monitors their social accounts is an ignorant person that I would not step foot in their door again. Ignorance,arrogance is not acceptable. There are many places in Regina that are polite and happy to take our business...this is one we will never step inside again. Management and manners leave much to be desired. We had a table of eight(8) and if you can afford to alienate those that have supported you regularly, it will catch up with you eventually. Again the manager or person that answers your accounts should be fired.

We had an outstanding experience at the restaurant. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices including pork, beef, chicken, and even salmon. The staff was awesome—everyone was friendly and had smiling faces. Joseph, the cook, ensured that the food was fresh and plentiful, all while being approachable. There was another server (I can’t recall his name) who was energetic and made a point to greet each customer, asking how their day was going. The entire restaurant had a wonderful, clean ambiance. Our buffet experience was truly exceptional. I highly recommend it to all families and friends!

I believe this is the best buffet restaurant in town. The staff is friendly, and the food is of high quality. They offer a wide variety of dishes in their buffet. Once you dine here, you'll find yourself wanting to return. The prices are reasonable as well.

Took my son for the lunch time buffet. There were quite a few options. The chicken tenders were fantastic. I wish there were a few more hot items that weren't so meat heavy but overall it was okay. Réservez une table maintenant

My mom and I recently visited the Rotisserie for brunch. They offered a wide variety of sweet and savory options. The staff was incredibly welcoming and courteous. I would definitely recommend it!

A little family place, with a surprisingly good buffet. The food was fresh and kept coming out regularly. Great selection of stuff including desserts. Will be back.
