The Royal Saracens Head

We have visited here a number of times however the food has been very disappointing recently. The portion was half the size it used to be, paid a ridiculous amount for a very very small amount of salmon and undercooked veg. The only saving grace was the dessert.

very good trip yesterday. all three of us had the fish chips that were wonderful. fish was excellent quality, hot well presented with delicious mintsen puree. the staff was very friendly and efficient. will be visited again.

My memory of the Saracen's Head will be of poor service and below average food. The roast beef was gristly. i would prefer to forget the whole thing, but will remember it when the (high) credit card statement arrives.

nice eating and a great service. the personal who was very much adapting to our table requirements and very beautifully looked around us. the food was really delicious.

if our waitress had not told us that she was only in her first week, they would never have guessed. excellent service and eating, we will be back. well-made team.

good food and service in a beautiful environment. long wait for a pornstar, as the cook forgot to cook with it, but once arrived, it was very delicious.

Good food , nice venue and a fantastic waiter who was witty and brilliant with his knowledge of wine . .

Food was ok not great quality for the price ,probably won’t go again but staff was lovely
