Here Japanich is cooked for guests who have no idea of high quality Japanese cuisine! Can it be that guests in an international metropolis do not appreciate correct Japanese cuisine at star level? Tempura is a disaster Chicken Tempura tastes like Chicken McNugget, no Daikon in Ten-Don Sauce tastes as if it has been prepared for a long time in a dough panade. The soup is a tasteless cream(! Soup with a boiled (probably frozen minishrimp! Only the sushi is fine, however, too much rice in relation to the thin fish strips! Service especially the Sommelier is very friendly but I don't understand why a company that has also served locals in Japan such a thing!

Thirteenth drop-off at the wine tasting. The price for wine tasting is for 0.05 l per walk (this is a half sip! . The wine is served 10 20 minutes before the course that belongs to it, logical that until the food comes nothing is there. Each other “sleep” was calculated separately. So we came out at about 150 euros for accompaniment with good but not high-priced wines at the end. Response of the service: Stands in the map. The cup goes to the well until he breaks... this restaurant doesn't see us again.

without exaggerating the best food I ever got served. all the way perfect. we had the 6-course menu and it was just fantastic. it has been worth every cent even though of course high price and nothing for every day
