I had an incredibly unique experience with a truly creative entrepreneur. Each crepe is one-of-a-kind, yet they are all equally delicious—like individual snowflakes that have fallen from heaven! Adam Clarkson, the owner, has carved out a distinctive niche with his off-the-grid crepe truck, the only one on Salt Spring Island. The ocean view adds the perfect touch, making it the cherry on top of an already amazing experience. I give this place 5 stars in every category: deliciousness, ingredients, ambiance, service, and value for money!
