The Seaville Tavern

We have eaten at the Seaville Tavern several times, and have always enjoyed it. This was the worst service and food I have had in the three years we have been going. The first issue was we ordered drinks and they didn't come until after our food was already delivered to our table. It took twenty minutes to receive two drinks. I had to ask for two waters while waiting and that took ten minutes. The waitress kept coming over and saying the other waitress was also the bartender. Just so you know, there were only six tables at the time we sat to eat, so they were not busy. Our reservation for four at 6:30 found us not being seated, after much confusion, until 30 minutes later. The hostess said the kitchen was behind . The waitress did her best, but we watched our food parade around by the server before we called to him and said, That 's ours! Too many apologies later we finished an excellent meal; the prime rib queen cut with crab was excellent and plenty of crab for the extra cost. The bangers were banging..like butter to cut with tasty gravy. The crab special was like crab imperial and very yummy.

Smallest bathroom ever but it was clean. Service was friendly and professional. Food was good. I have made a reservation because it was Valentine's Day. a little early and sitting right away. there was social remediation and ppe in use. our waitress was extremely friendly and personal. the food was great and came out immediately. we had a quiet date night. Réservez une table maintenant

Slight confusion about when a person askes to have their chicken burnt, they really mean burn it, but the waitress was on point, and the food was delicious, new local favorite, drinkss are pricey but no higher than usual.

This is a great place to dine ! There is great food, service and ambience, even in this Covid-19 pandemic. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Great social distancing. The covered area is ideal for eating outside. We love this place and were pleased to be able to eat there on our 2020 vacation. Food was great!
