The Simple Greek - Réservation de table

I had a taste for a gyro, so I decided to go to The Simple Greek this week. This is my first time back there in a long time. My gyro wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The meat was dry and the bread didn't taste fresh. I had to keep asking the person preparing my food to repeat himself. He kept mumbling and speaking in a low voice. On the positive side, the portion size was generous.

New owners bought this business recently and still have the same name and same food menu but are not honoring gift cards bought under the same name from the old owners. This is NOT good customer service on their part. When they rebrand their establishnent, I or my family surely will not give our hard earned money to these owners that don 't care about us!!

The last 4 times I’ve been here my order has been wrong, whether it’s missing something or something extra is added, meat is 9/10 cold and dry, I give up on this place honestly although the food has been fine in the past, unless I’m there ordering and watching them make it myself they get it wrong every single time for some reason when I come here often

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, we didn't find the food to be very impressive. The overall condition of the place was also a bit lacking, which left us feeling disappointed. Additionally, we found the prices to be quite high. On the positive side, the concept is interesting—like a Greek version of Chipotle. Réservez une table maintenant

The food is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. My orders are rarely ready on time. I would love to order from here more often, but I can't recommend it because of the poor service and rude staff. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

First time eating here. Food was not great in our opinion. Condition of the place was not great either. Kind of disappointed. Fairly pricey too. Good concept though...like a Greek chipotle . Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Why is it more expensive to place an order online through their website than to walk in and order? The quantity and quality of the food were disappointing as well.
