I ordered food and it arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes later. If I had known about the wait time, I probably wouldn't have ordered. The House Breakfast I ordered was missing two items. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she tried to get the missing items but returned to inform me they had run out of tomatoes and mushrooms. I'm not sure why I had to bring this up to them, and why didn't they inform me earlier? They offered a discount or additional food, but when I asked for a discount, I was refused and only offered a bowl of chips, which never arrived after waiting for 15 minutes. Elizabeth provided impeccable service throughout our incredible bottomless brunch experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. The drinks, food, and staff were all amazing, and the chef's creations were outstanding.

I went into the Slug and Lettuce Staines to have my usual pint of Guinness. I was told by the Barmaid "sorry we don 't serve Guinness anymore. It is unlikely if I will be going back there again. But I will never say never

Came for brunch and the service was exceptional, laddie was our server and she was very attentive.the food was amazing and the chef took time to come out and ask how the food was. Will defo be coming back again Réservez une table maintenant

Very happy with the experience I had at slug and lettuce, Maddy served both me and my girlfriend and made us amazing pornstar martinis, service is amazing and I’ll definitely come back again.
