overall the experience was great. only complaining we sat on a window, and even with closed shades it was HOT-well, that and the bee at the window. I have to say they were very fast to take care of the bee problem. Thank God, none of us were allergic, because I can only accept someone in the restaurant. the server was friendly, and the meat cheese plate we ordered was huge and wonderful. three salamis, three cheeses, apples, strawberries, grapes, pickled veggie, nebulae, raisins-etc. only complaint-it came with three or four pieces roasted brot. I could have used a few crackers or smaller pieces brot, but the taste and the presentation was wonderful.
a happy hour with some friends. we had something else to eat / drink. we all agreed that the drinks were good. margarita, maultier, sangria and wein. the food was okay. calamari, slides, keilsalat and artischocke di. you were not a fan of the social castle. service was extremely slow. our waitress has often checked us. but barservice was fast. would have visited again. just not on a day I have to be somewhere else.
Really could not have asked for a better experience! Our party of 4 tried almost everything on the Social Hour food menu...we all agreed it was a resounding wow . The food was delicious and well presented. The service didn't miss a beat. We were outside on the patio and enjoyed the atmosphere with fans and misters to help with the warming weather. Very happy and can't wait to come back!
Used to be great here. Happy hour was awesome and it was never swamped. Last time I visited, my husband and I waited for 30 mins (after we were done eating) to get our check and get out due to another table having issues with their check. The servers are so so and the food is mediocre. Won’t be patronizing this business again in the future.
