Food is good. Cant fault it. But after several years of persistence I now refuse to go there having been deceived so many times with the waiting time. If you phone through a collection order, 9 times out of 10 you'll be told 40 mins. You arrive in 35, they take your money and then you sit and wait, and wait, and wait. Chances are you're food will turn up 40 mins after you've paid... if you're lucky. The record was just over an hour!!! If they're busy then why not say when you order? If you turn up and they've obviously not started to cook, then dont just take the money. Give you the option to go elsewhere. At least tell the truth please.
We ordered two curries, a side dish, and a starter. I asked for onions and mint sauce on the side. A few minutes after placing my order, I received a call informing me that there would be an additional charge for the extras. I have been ordering food from Indian restaurants for many years, and in my 20 years of experience, I have never been charged extra for mint sauce or onions. The quality of the food I received was poor.
In short, Spice Master's sets the gold standard for Indian cuisine in Gloucestershire. The chef's skills in the kitchen elevate even the most basic Indian curries to incredibly flavorful and spicy dishes. This is a restaurant not to be missed - I will definitely be a regular here. Thank you to the chef for an amazing dining experience.
We ordered food over the phone and told a 50 minutes wait for collection this was no problem at all. But when we turned up to pick it up and had to wait another 20 minutes for the food. I was not pleased. This is the second time this has happened here. Maybe tell people it's over an hour wait? Food is EXCELLENT though.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I was very impressed. It just goes to show that you can't judge a book by its cover. It was a refreshing change to try some Bangladeshi specialties instead of the usual Anglo Indian dishes. I am looking forward to exploring the menu further. Great job, guys!
we used spice master for the first time we were passing through what can I say its best food we ever tasted wonderful chicken shatkora dish. with peshwari nan everything was just perfect.the staff didn't to talk much but very courteous fanstastic food will definitely be back
I'm pleased this takeaway is on the just eat site and the order came early than expected and we felt it was good value for money. The meat meal deal consists of popperdoms and sauces, chicken tikka masala and meat Booma, with nan bread. Great tasting and lovely tea. Cheers
This was the 2nd time we used this on just eat. Didn't want the meal deal this time but that is good value for money. We had chicken korma and chicken balti with sagg aloo and pilau rice. Arrived before the due time. Nice sauce and big chicken pieces. Cheers

We ordered a takeawy to our hotel and it was absolutely lovely. Really good quality with no oil or grease and good chunks of meat! Very impressed.
I recommend the set menu. we added sag aloo and although the wait was about 30 mins. the food was delicious and felt it was good value for money.
