Rang ahead to book last minute and luckily got a table, the starters of chicken wings and calamari were nothing short of amazing. The steak and Guinness pie was beautiful but just as personal preference a little too heavy for me on top of starters. it was hearty, robust and full of flavour. I really can't believe some of the negativity shown in a few comments here. Some people seem to confuse a dry sense of humour with rudeness, but it takes all sorts! Had a great time at The Spinnaker every time we went during our holiday (ie nearly every morning/lunchtime/afternoon). The food (brunch and dinner) was excellent as was the service. Can particularly recommend the Tuna Melt toastie and the Fish and Chips. Sorry we nearly monopolized the Monday bingo full house winnings for two weeks, but we'll let some others have a go for a few weeks until we return in June! Thanks again.
Never going anywhere else to eat! I live here and eat out quiet often but Spinnakers is by far the best. I had mushroom volivonts, duck and brie and pastry absolutely mouth watering the staff were brilliant can't wait to try the other dishes especially the lamb and homemade chicken and mushroom pie.
