This lovely establishment is not one to miss out on! The Spotted Dog has recently reopened, having the chance to meet the new owner Neil whilst we was dining was a great experience to speak to him and hear his visions with where to take this quirky country pub. The interior is decorated spot on to fit the style and feel, making it warm and inviting. The ambience was met with music suitably tailored to the guests. I sat on a very uncomfortable chair, my experience would have been better if the chair I exchanged it for after people had left would have been better. Good food averaging at £20 for a main. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Everything was marvellous! My son said it was the best roast dinner he had eaten! ... that's saying something as I thought mine was his favourite!
