I just moved to the Kawarthas recently and although there are numerous fry trucks all throughout the kawarthas, this one is always packed. This was a sign that they must have amazing poutine.. although the poutine was not terrible the price was ridiculous!!! A large poutine and a bottle of water cost me about 20$.. I was blown away and almost handed it back but thought maybe it’s worth the 20 bucks! Well it wasn’t it was just your typical fries, cheese curds and gravy. I am a die hard fan of poutine and have eaten at tons of fry trucks but 20$ for a poutine and a water is just insane. There are two other fry trucks just past this one that have a way better poutine and are half the price!! Sa...
we often drive through small places on our trips to the big city, try a small food stop is often the choice. our first time that we have chosen the hangover burger, my first reaction was the price of this burger, probably presented me the most likely what I have ever spent on a burger, make no mistake that this burger will be unforgettable in every sight. obviously the kater speaks for himself a must of all who enjoy a great burger. Thank you.
Heard about this place from a friend then I saw them at the Lex, what a joke. Garbage food. My 7-8 year old kids wouldn't eat the fries. The burger? Thanks for asking, was like it was scraped off the side of the road. For 9 bucks. Don't waste your time. And if these donkeys don't care about slinging garbage they should just get out of the business. Absolutely the WORST food. I can't even call it food. Honestly. Pathetic I want my money back
Hey if you don't mind paying $14 for a run of the mill large fry (not that large) and gravy, or $20+ for a regular sized poutine then by all means go right ahead this is the place for you. Honestly the fries and gravy were o.k , average at best.Absolutely disgusting to charge that much for 2 potatoes and some powered gravy mix. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Will not be returning.
