Really struggled with the prime rib dinner. I've seen my hubby eat frozen Steak Umms (so gross, lol) with more enthusiasm than he had for his prime rib... And he left half of his serving on his plate, which is something he never does. We've had the ribs here and they were great. Good burgers, chile cheese fries and such, but the prime rib Friday night special was not good. Even the baked potato was under done. My husband doesn't even like vegetables as a general rule, yet said his salad was the best part of his meal. Absolutely phenomenal service and food. My mother and I stopped here after the Colorado renaissance festival and it was such a great experience for us. Highly recommend.
