Service without a smile, or any haste what-so-ever. I'm not sure just how big their kitchen is, but I do wonder whether they're kitted out to handle the amount of guests visiting; there's quite a few seats about the place, but it seems to take forever to actually get any food and there's practically always a very slow queue. For what it's worth, the food isn't bad, at least in terms of hot food and sandwiches; the cakes and tray bakes (for £3.50 each) are rather bland and look like they've been kicked about the floor somewhat, hardly enticing. Whilst I can also appreciate that young people would rather be doing other things than working, the staff here, all of which seem to be young just lac...

They didn’t seem to be a shortage of staff. The advert suggests a quick bite. There was nothing quick about it. 20 Minutes, I stood in the queue and only one person was served. They didn’t seem to be an exclamation as to what was taking so long. for 12:15 on a Sunday afternoon the predicted time for service was 45 minutes. This would suggest either don’t have enough staff or can’t cope with the level of service. Lots of empty tables so I suggested was the former. I wasn’t the only person who just gave up after waiting so long. The barges on the canal move quicker!!

We decided to try this restaurant despite some negative reviews. The service was a bit slow, but not as bad as we had anticipated. The food was decent once it finally arrived. However, the tea was absolutely terrible. My wife said it tasted like it had been taken from a canal and that she would rather die than have to drink it again. It's best to bring your own teabags or coffee and be prepared to wait for your food. Overall, the experience was okay as long as you come prepared.

Slower than in any way acceptable. One hour wait for breakfast just after it opened so not even rush hour? It’s run by kids who have no sense of speed or professionalism. Absolutely not worth waiting a morning for very average food but a frustratingly long wait. Employ adults to oversee the kids and stop cost cutting! Réservez une table maintenant

Useless place, very very slow waited about an hour for food which was average to say the least, staff have no sense of time, why do the take your order and then serve beverages before putting the order through to kitchen. Completely bonkers! Do not go here if you want a quick snack.

The service was incredible, with the food arriving quickly and tasting delicious. The brunette waitress was very pleasant, always smiling even during peak times. The atmosphere was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

So slow. Have waited 1 hour 31 minutes for 2 bacon sandwiches. I should have walked away but I stupidly waited. Everything done with glacial slowness, Very badly set up slow to order not even full either :
