The Star Inn - Réservation de table

Came to the restaurant with a large party of 10 adults and a bunch of kids. The staff were excellent and handled our table with ease. Always had a drink, we never had to wait for someone to see to us, just always on the ball. The food was outstanding. All of it was great quality, fresh ingredients, piping hot and absolutely delicious. All for a reasonable price to boot. I would definitely go here again. If you're looking for this type of food, then give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely place in Rainford village. A wide choice of real ale was on offer, my Coach House Postlethwaite was in fabulous condition. The food menu looked amazing, although I didn't eat. Quite busy for a Sunday night on my visit. Well worth a visit and I will again

ALWAYS amazing food, great atmosphere and great staff. Some resturants may be good one visit and poor on another visit. At the Star you never worry as you know they have a great chief who provides brilliant food, every time. THANKYOU xx

First time at The Star Inn. Really friendly and professional staff. Very clean and tidy. Staff took pride in clearing tables quickly with smiles on their faces. Food was excellent. Served very quickly and piping hot. Highly recommended Réservez une table maintenant

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very relaxed atmosphere. Nothings changed here, still great food, the family that own and run the pub/restaurant are great. The staff are young but very well trained and polite and attentive.

We go regular and take friends there, because you know the meals are 5 star plus. Unlike some local ones who let us down very, very badly.
