The Steakhouse Palm Springs

Nathan Garrett ruined our night and left us a sad birthday dinner memory at Bar Section! I made a reservation for 7:45 PM to celebrate my husband birthday. An unexpected family emergency came up and we had to drove back to Los Angeles The Steakhouse opened at 5:00PM and we decided to have our dinner earlier and then leave Palm Springs. The hostess checked with Nathan Garrett and he said: CAN 'T DO ANYTHING, while 70% of tables were empty at 5:00 PM : In my opinion such a restaurant needs an experienced well trained staff to understand customers need, situation and satisfaction :

Great atmosphere, welcoming and comfortable. The cocktails and food was amazing. Large portions. Staff was courteous, friendly and did not rush us thru dinner. A definite must try if you’ve never been.

Filet Steak melts in your mouth. Bavarian Cream Berries Desert was sublime. I have been coming here for 19 years. Never disappointed.

Casual but upscale restaurant located in the Spa Casino. On the pricey side but worth it
