The Suburban Diner

Located in Paramus, NJ....Suburban Diner is a very busy spot that has a very good wait staff. When my family and I arrived, we had to wait about ten minutes due to the place being at capacity plus the cleaning staff constantly cleaning and disinfecting everything. Once we were seated, the wait staff attended to us quickly and served our drinks within minutes then took our orders. When our food arrived, we dug right in. The most interesting of all our orders would have to have been the Disco Fingers (chicken fingers and fries covered in gravy and melted mozzarella cheese). Such a great diner. Love the variety of menu items. My personal favorite are the giant tubs of salads and breakfast options. Portions are plentiful. At our most recent visit I had the Western Omelette and my husband enjoyed the Little Miss Piggy Pancake Roll Up. We probably could have split one meal but it was definitely more fun ordering different options. Both were phenomenal and the home fries had a nice crisp on top. Our server was great and our food came out pretty quickly. Will definitely be back!

Food was average to good, prices were average to high. But portions were filling and most importantly our waitress was friendly, quickly and personable, but not endlessly chattering. Very nice service experience. The decor is updated/modern and it's a large dinner with several seating sections. Also, a special note for new parents, the bathrooms are pretty clean and new and include multiple stalls and a changing table.

Food is good, and a nice place. 04/12/2022 Update: things are changing here, they used to have a person in charge of checking the food and service quality. This is not happening anymore. My food was very poor quality, the Avocado was black and the potatoes were hard not well cooked. Réservez une table maintenant

Best diner around. Restaurant is clean and bright. Waitstaff is courteous and prompt. The food is excellent. My wife got a salad and it was delicious. I enjoyed my panini and my son loved his pancakes. Portions are huge (salad was enough for 4 people) and worth every penny.

I usually rate this diner top notch. But today I give it 4 stars because I asked for Greek Salad with grilled salmon and they put grilled chicken. My son loved the buffalo Chicken Wings. The triple decker BLT sandwich wasn't bad either.

I've been a fan of the Original Bowl for years Suburban's quality hasn't wavered. I recommend this dish to people all the time! Getting it delivered is just as good, the quality is perfect! Will definitely keep ordering again :

Taylor, Ham, Cheese on Roll, French Fries a Small Coffee: everything was great!! All the food was hot and so was the coffee! Very tasty! Will definitely be ordering again! Réservez une table maintenant

Forgot the extra pickles I specifically asked for and way less fries than before but other than that it was good.
