a real old and cozy pub! very friendly people and a beautiful atmosphere. half a dozen ales, all very good. the wee was also good, after my better half! that was wonderful! possibly my favorite crowd ever!

Olde worlde pub,lovely staff and great food. Well behaved dogs welcome. And the best and cleanest men's toilets I've seen for a long long time. Will definitely visit again.

I've moved for a drink. it was so cozy and welcoming that we stayed for dinner. very friendly staff and local. eating was excellent. recommend this pub

excellent eating, atmosphere and personal. can not blame it. open fires just wonderful. eat them there weekly and would highly recommend it.
