It's been a couple of years since we popped in for a drink. What a very pleasant surprise it was, to see it be refferbed and yet still kept its cosy character. Very good beer and excellent customer service. We'll be seeing you soon for a meal. Thank you.

The staff were v accommodating with us turning up just before last orders for food. They were really attentive and friendly throughout, despite being busy. Tasty food, cosy atmosphere.

beautiful country pub. great food. Sunday roast is great. try the brot and butter pudding. friendly staff have the feeling, most welcome.
