Booked a table for 5 adults to celebrate our sons 31st birthday who past away five years ago the table and chairs we were sat at were perfect very comfortable and completely spacious the staff Louis mainly who waited on us all night was truly awesome very polite and respectful and friendly he and the other waiters and waitresses were brilliant all night long despite how completely busy it was for them all Louis is so amazing to talk to and kept us happy so funny but professional and we'll yet again the food we were served was so beautifully cooked and presentation was brilliant absolutely the best food and presentation skills we always recieve there.we love this place so much my wife had her 50th birthday party there and we rented 5 bedrooms in the lodge the rooms are awesome too very clean very well decorated even free fruit and hot drink s we loved staying so much we are going to have my birthday party in December there and Louis has booked us the whole 6 rooms this time can't wait to stay again TAP HAUS LODGE MANSFIELD ROAD IS JUST AWSOME EVERYTIME WE Visit WE FEEL SO WELCOME AND SPOILED THANK YOU TO ALL MANAGEMENT AND WAITERS, WAITRESSES AND BARSTAFF ALSO THE BRILLIANT CHEFS WHO REALLY REALLY COOK SO GOOD AND PRESENT BEAUTIFUL FOOD AND DESERTS BUT MOST OF ALL WE THANK LOUIS HE IS PERFECT THANKS. Saturday night meal for 8 was an absolute delight last night. The new menu is fantastic.. between us we tried a fair few dishes which were all to die for... The chefs Milosz and Patryk are an asset to the place. Matt was superb too, most attentive and professional. Micky on bar kept us all refreshed, with beers and cocktails. Tom was a great waiter too... All in all an excellent night, excellent company and food. I would highly recommend this place.
We came to the tap haus today with our dogs for a brilliant dog event they had on. There were competitions, stalls and a fabulous group of staff looking after us during our stay. Me and my family stayed for lunch and it was faultless, I had the pork belly and it was cooked to perfection. Shout out to matt and Lisa who looked after us during our visit, they were exceptional. Will definitely be returning for food.
Worst service and the worse fish and chips I’ve ever had , waited almost an hour for the main courses, was told it was because no one removed the starter plates , no one came to ask if everything was ok . I went to ask to speak to a manager who never came and left the bar attendant to speak to me .
