"Could be a great place. Lovely area around it generally. Pub seemed very run down and could do with a real spring clean. The food was ok I guess hard to go wrong on all day breakfast I suppose. Staff were decent folk but working here would suck the life out of me. Visited on Friday afternoon and it was utterly empty. Needs a real boost."

This was totally refurbished and no longer a Wacky Warehouse. There is a separate room that will seat about 14 people, I think the minimum is 7. I have used this, and is ideal for a private party, and it's free to use. Food Standards Rating: 4/5. Great friendly staff. Good menu selection. Good choice of wines and beers. Never had a problem on any visits, and we've been many times. Also taken friends who have enjoyed the place too. absolutely diabolical place! took my family for my daughter's birthday and was told she was not allowed to bring her birthday cake, the children's toilets have black mould growing up the walls, toilet roll was sat on the floor not in a holder, food was microwaved to hell and back, all burnt, dry and mostly gristle! we were swatting flies away the whole time we were there the play area was swarming with them, the staff in the kids area was too busy looking after her own son and tending to his needs rather than doing her job, and was very vocal about it shutting down next month and I can't say I am surprised, the building needs to be condemned!!
have visited in twice in the last few weeks and have had no problems realy apart from an hours wait for food on one occasion when only one other table in...food has always been served hot and well cooked..waitress was lovely,friendly and helpfull,bar staff/manager seemed ok and dealt with our request to change childs food order no problem,but did feel a bit like we were puttin her out when we went to bar and she was outside smokin or sat on her phone,children were disappointed tho that wacky had closed early and had paid gone in for 10 mins,came to eat and was shut afterwards.anot a bad visit....will return again.
This afternoon I visited wacky warehouse with my sister and I was absolutely disgusted. My food took 2 hours to arrive and once I had got my food I realised the burger was still frozen inside and raw in the middle. A few hours after I got home I was violently sick. That wasn’t the end of it. After I was sick I rang up and the manager said that i was lying and that it couldn’t have been food poisoning because it take 12 to 14 hours to go into the system. What a load of ****. I would definitely not recommend this pub and soft play area because it was an absolute shambles.
