The Tavern At Strathkinness

The food at this restaurant is amazing, and the atmosphere is great with friendly staff. We dined here on Monday with a group of 11, including 2 children, and the staff handled it with no problem. All the food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner. The children's menu is the same as the main menu, but with smaller portions, which made our child very happy. The prices were very reasonable. If we are in the area again, we will definitely return.

This was one of the best meals we've had in a while, even though we love dining out regularly! The pork loin was absolutely incredible and I will definitely be attempting to make this delicious dish at home! It was cooked perfectly by a very skilled chef and was worth every penny. The owners were also extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their amazing whisky selection!

Always busy and booking required at weekends. Guest ales are local and they even make one themselves! Food is good but similar to Edinburgh prices. Overall recommended and nice for a walk if you're staying in one of the local campsites. Edit. Now London prices!

a place where I had our last family dinner before I left st. andrews. loved the decoration, eating and the amazing hospitality we received from the owner. go to the tavern, you will not be disappointed.

Gorgeous setting, delicious food, kind staff right outside St.Andrews. We went on a Thursday and were bummed we were missing the live jazz on Friday evenings!
