As soon as we sat down outside, which was really nice, the young bus person spilled a huge cup of ice water on my 3 year old grandson. He was completely soaked. The young man apologized and vanished immediately never to be seen again. We ordered our drink, appetizers , and food via an app. Everything came out at the same time. There are no wait persons just food runners and bus people. The food was ok, mostly sysco corporate pre made food. The portions where large. The outdoor area was nice. I paid our check via the app and left. Had pretty much no contact with staff other than the free ice water bath. I would not return.
Waterdog just doesn't measure up. The last few times we dined there, the food was disappointing. When I learned they had rebranded and revamped the menu, I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the dishes still lacked flavor and seemed to be reheated in a microwave. I regret spending my money on subpar meals during my last two visits. It's a shame because the restaurant itself is aesthetically appealing.
Had requested indoor seating, they tried to put us outside. The QR Code did not work. Meatloaf did not taste like meat had texture of mush. Manager was pushy. Waiters Bar Staff very nice. $30 for a pitcher of Beer seemed high.
We enjoyed all of our food and drinks. We had to find our table, clean our table, and set it. No water refills. The ambiance outside was wonderful. Bundle up, it gets chilly.

Our breakfast was served cold. It took so long to get it that we weren’t going to complain and wait for a re-do. We ate what we could and left. Dog friendly.
