We chose the Madison room for our party size and budget and opted for table service for food. During the planning process, Candi and Byron provided helpful advice on layouts and food options, and the booking process was easy. We were able to schedule onsite meetings and tours, which helped us visualize the space accurately. The staff worked closely with us and our coordinators to ensure everything was aligned for the day. I always enjoy taking friends/relationships here for lunch...GREAT view, quiet and generally good eating. unfortunately the bill was wrong; I was charged the dinner price for a guest instead of the lunch price that I caught before paying. they apologise. love it when rodney bell is at the piano... play and sing! this place is a jewel and I particularly like how to make a birthday party by serving a free dessert with an illuminated candle!

the kitchen was very slow. it took only a few minutes from the time we ordered to deliver the meal and no one compensated us with a free drink or a pre-meal bite. this time in kitchen time management.
