Came here with two friends, my wife, and our two children. Walked in, were taken around back to near where the front door was (so we were pretty cold all the way through). The server (obviously new) originally tried to put us all on what looked like a huge workbench but his supervisor corrected the mistake. After my wife asked for a straw for her pint of coke, he came back with a small cocktail straw, which was no use to anyone. We came here on a Sunday so had the roast menu (after initially being given the wrong menu and having to ask for the right one). I had the pork belly, which included two razor thin slices that looked boiled, a 50p-sized little lump of stuffing, and crackling that loo...
I had made a reservation for 2pm at this restaurant, but unfortunately the table service was disappointing from the moment we were seated. Despite there not being many customers, there were three large group tables. We were informed that we could not order dinner due to a small delay in the kitchen. After waiting for an hour, we were finally served roast dinner that looked like it had been sitting in the kitchen for too long. The portion size was disappointing, with only one roast potato which didn't even resemble a potato. When I asked the waitress about it, she ignored me and walked away. The management acknowledged their mistake and offered us an alternative meal, but it was not appetizin...
I had a lovely Sunday lunch here with my parents. The food was really good, I especially liked the fact the vegetables were properly cooked and the meat was very nicely served. There was also plenty of gravy. The wine was good with a reasonable choice on the wine list of wine by the glass. I thought it was a very nice place to go for lunch. The service was lovely and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We'd definitely come back again as it's worth a repeat visit.
We had a booking for here however we unexpectedly ended up being free 2 hours before so decided to chance out luck and see if they could fit us in early…they could, they were great about it and within second we had a table and menu’s. Drinks were good and fresh, food was hot and tasty, staff were friendly and gave a great customer experience. So glad we booked here and really appreciated the earlier table. Thank you.

I highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful Sunday dinner experience. The lamb was especially delicious, perfectly cooked and served with flavorful gravy, vegetables, and potatoes. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff providing great customer service. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be returning in the future!
We were walking towards the Royal Amouries Museum and noticed the remains of the old Tetleys Brewery. There is an Art Space on the first floor and a pleasant café bar on the ground floor. We enjoyed two good quality flat whites which cost £5.20. The service was very pleasant but unfortunately they do not take cash.
We came across this place in Leeds and thought to give it a go ! Certainly glad we did … the food was absolutely delicious with very good portions. Biggest shout out to the staff who were absolutely lovely every step of the way ! Strongly recommending anyone to come and visit. It does deserve the 5 star rating !
6 of us had Sunday lunch, good selection of roasts and vegetables. All cooked well and the important thing a tasty gravy. The staff were friendly and Lee who our order was engaging. A relaxing atmosphere and good value for money. Very Good. Thank you.

Starters were good. Mains poor. For some reason my beef was served with minted new potatoes? The Yorkshire pudding was flabby, not crisp at all. My son opted for the fish and chips which was some kind of goujon with little potatoes cubes. Terrible.
