it seems wetherspoons has gone as well as pizza hat, everything has to be done on a device. both places I will not return to personally. I am not old (34 years old) or not able to use technology, but my idea to go...out with family is to chat with each other and a kn wag with the staff and it is a social event. in a world that is less and less social, this was an unnecessary leap. wetherspoons has deleted this from the experience. they have to order everything on the phone, so the first part of the meal is out, each head is in their phones. we have 5, 6 and 7 years old, so it was a terrible experience for them. it is very sad that the menus are no longer on the table to browse together so th...
thomas sheraton visited with friend today. friend had thin burger and I had chicken breastburger. could not even bite by huh as it was burned. the personal replaced it and that was also dried n burned, but not as much as the first. another couple said that they hoped that eating tasted better than it looked. I told the staff and said who is in the kitchen must learn how to cook. we also decided to have another drink, but wait after 15 minutes to direct the attention of the staff to us. we have been loyal customers for more than 20 years, have now given up
So we recently visited a different Wetherspoons nearby and the breakfast was shockingly bad! Back here at the Thomas Sheraton today as it was drizzly and dreary so we fancied a trip out. Breakfast was lovely, timely and was the right temperature Staff were...also very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a visit Good disabled access, the side entrance is wheelchair friendly and the disabled toilet is always clean and looked after.
7 o clock Sunday night and we virtually had the place to ourselves. A standard Wetherspoons menu offering good value and some meals even include a drink. Staff were friendly and efficient, the meals were promptly served well cooked and still hot. Just the thing...on a quiet night out but I suspect that other nights this place will be really busy.

Popped in for lunch , orders on the app drinks came quickly , food did not take long pizza was nice , I ordered a garlic bread with cheese , the cheese was missing ,did complain it was still nice , the pub is clean...and welcoming staff are very pleasant. Will be back
Great selection of craft ales.... in fact this was the reason we visited ... but the glassware was appalling.... not clean at all Shame really as the staff were friendly ... the beer awesome ... but the glasses... sheesh!
we like a wetherspoons breakfast but today was decided average it was not busy the eggs were good! the sausages were good the buzz, tomato, mushrooms. were cold and have to stand for ever before they meet our teller!
although the experience for a wetherspoons was quite average, the building itself is worth a visit. interesting glazing personal was efficient and friendly and prices were jdw’s usual excellent value for money

As we couldn't get to the Cheltenham festival this year we decided to spend day in sunny Stockton a great all day breakfast washed down with a pint of hop house lager very reasonable prices
Cheap good quality drinks good Gin selection and food is really good for the price. You can’t go wrong
