We had our daughter's wedding at the Three Kings on Friday 1st April. From start to finish the owners and staff made it a special occasion. Every part of the day went smoothly and everyone who attended had a great time. The food and service were 1st class, and all the staff , front and back of house, worked so hard and we very much appreciate their efforts. We stayed overnight in on site rooms which were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great too. I can't recommend the Three Kings highly enough, and we are really happy our other daughter will be having her wedding there next year. Sun was shining, view was incredible, food was good, atmosphere lovely. Great venue, only thing letting it down was the attitude of some of the staff. More than one of the guests, including some of the wedding party, commented on the abrupt, sometimes passive aggressive attitude of the staff, (not all of the staff I hasten to add). Shame really, when everything else was top notch. Perhaps some customer service training wouldn’t go amiss?
I have never experienced customer service like I did at a wedding here recently it’s horrendous. They treat guests as an inconvenience, having spoke to a lot of the guests they also said the same. Rachel and James were the worst out of them all and they are the owners. For a venue that only really do weddings you would think they would focus on customer service.
I would like david cattanach and his personal thank you for taking my sohnes grant and my daughter into the high time of stazey. I think I can say in the name of all guests there, it was an enormous day for everyone and would recommend the three kings to anyone who wants to book a high time as an excellent place for such an event. I hosted my daughter's wedding at this venue on Thursday, October 7th and it was a fantastic day. Everything, from David's expertise to the food and staff, was top-notch. The drink prices were also very reasonable and we enjoyed a comfortable overnight stay in lovely rooms. I highly recommend this venue for its great value for money.
russell and I had our high time at the three kings on Friday th march and was absolutely thrilled the staff was great everything was simply perfect from beginning to end can not thank that enough had an amazing day and rooms were beautiful
