The pub was unexpectedly silent, likely due to not airing the England football match that we came to watch. However, as a Black Sheep bar, it had a good selection of beers. The beer garden was quite small, so if you prefer sitting outside, this may not be the best pub for you.

Last known Black sheep Brewery pub according to barman, may 2024. Some good ales on, plenty of choice. light and bright pub. Metal spiral staircase down to the toilets. Would visit again.

Popped in for a pint while sightseeing. Ale draught selection was spot on, bartender really knew her stuff, and the atmosphere was perfect and cozy. My new favorite pub.

Small welcoming bar that serves good beers, notably Milk Stout, and events some evenings such as Open Mike and traditional folk music. Well worth a visit. Réservez une table maintenant

Traditional old pub.Near the Minster. Mainly local beers.small outside area. Popular with locals and tourists. Not for foodies.
