Excellent drinks and fantastic service! Just a heads up—gratuity is automatically included. I’ve been keen to check out this cocktail lounge for some time, and it did not disappoint. The DJ was impressive, creating a great atmosphere. My only minor issue was when I accidentally spilled my drink. The staff promptly cleaned it up and kindly offered me a replacement. I assumed it would be complimentary since it was a spill, but I was surprised to see an extra charge for it on my bill. I wish the server had been clearer about that. Going forward, I’ll be sure to ask. It’s not a major issue, but it's something to keep in mind—if you spill, don’t assume it’s free; just ask.
The manager was amazing and provided excellent customer service, allowing us to leave at our tab amount due to the miscommunication. However, the front hostess, who claimed to have sent the “picture message” with the details, was confrontational, rude, and disrespectful right from the start. Despite this experience, the restaurant still has a lot to offer, but the hostess should refrain from sending picture messages and simply text the necessary information instead. If they don’t change this approach, similar issues are likely to arise in the future. Additionally, we discovered that our server did not receive the $20 tip since it wasn’t charged to our card.
Tipsy is my favorite hidden gem in Dallas! Christian and Ivan are incredible! They were the bartenders when I visited with my girlfriends the other night, and they did a fantastic job! They were friendly, accommodating, and very attentive to our group. The drinks here are unique creations, crafted by true mixologists! Christian and Ivan don't just pour drinks; they create works of art, and it's clear they love what they do. If you're in Dallas, be sure to include Tipsy on your must-visit list! It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind with great music and a wonderful atmosphere. Pictured is the Sherry Cobbler!
I visited this place over the weekend and couldn't resist trying it out! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the drinks were exceptional! I think the bartender's name was Allison, and she was outstanding! I've never had such expertly crafted cocktails made by someone so talented. Even though it was quite busy, she still made time to engage with all the customers. I'm definitely planning to come back before I head home! Réservez une table maintenant
Ms. Alyson made my evening truly memorable! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and had a fantastic sense of humor. I could have joked around with her all night, but the drinks got to me first, haha! Her talents are exceptional, and I can't wait to return just to see her again.
