Diner from Sydney, Malcolm. I have friends living in Mollymook, and we visit Tipsy Fig every time I come to see them. They also dine there regularly. Next week, I’ll be in Mollymook again and will celebrate my birthday at Tipsy Fig. The beer-battered flathead fillets are fantastic; the batter is so light, and the fish is tender and flaky. I've never had a bad meal there. The staff is very friendly and attentive. My advice: if you're ever in Mollymook, make sure to go to Tipsy Fig—you won’t regret it!
Last night, my son and daughter enjoyed a rare evening out without their kids. They ordered a steak cooked rare, but it arrived well done instead. The dessert was burnt and should never have been served. To top it off, we received a bill for $170, which was overcharged due to the waitstaff's inability to perform basic math. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. Next time, we'll choose a different restaurant that is more reliable.
Absolutely terrible. Duck was dry. Steak was tough. Vegetables were woolworths quality and staff clearly knew it.. Did not ask about our meal or even say anything when they gave it to us. Absolutely blown away that this has 100 percent review. Zero bang for your buck. Mains were 30 dollars each, not even worth 20. Will not be returning... There's a pub across the road.
Absolutely stunning! The atmosphere was perfect, the food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding! We will definitely be returning. My partner and I were on a date night exploring different options, and it was well worth the trip to Milton.

had a fabulous rib-eye fillet steak cooked to perfection on a bed of maische carroten und fresh bohnen stacked high with crispy wobble delicious. oh and finished the night with a sharp coy pudding and vanilla ice cream.
totally ingenious experience from the meals to the service. top notch. our friends we took could not believe that this hidden little shady ride is on the back of milton.
I had a nice Thai beef salad lots of quality beef. Not very spicy. Wife had fantastic pasta. Nice place, clean, fast, good service. Would happily go back.
This is a truly excellent restaurant with a wide menu of really great food, friendly service and not at all expensive. I strongly recommend a visit! :
