This restaurant is a fantastic stop right after taking the free shuttle from the Western Maryland Railway between Cumberland and Frostburg, MD. The brunch they offer looks and smells incredible. Located inside The Gunter Hotel, it's a key part of the entire Western Maryland Railway experience. Unfortunately, we had just had breakfast on the day we visited and were craving something a bit spicier. However, I definitely plan to return and experience the whole railway trip again. I highly recommend it! The staff is exceptionally friendly, the prices are great, and it's a fun outing for both adults and children.
very beautiful place, historical and they held the intact. beautiful entrance with a stunning staircase. the bar/dining area will be their attention as they look around. beautiful pressed steel ceiling I believe to be original to the property. in the lower part of the building häftlinge will take to the holding area, while the beamed in the upper part, which was then a hotel, will remain. it has since been converted into luxury apartments. eating is good, craft beer is also good. price is good. that's worth stopping. I will come back when in the opposite.
The chef and bartender really know their craft! Wow. Three out of four of us ordered steak, and we were all very satisfied. The quality, cut, and flavor of the meat were exceptional. One person ordered the tuna medium, but it came out a bit closer to well-done; however, the flavors were excellent. The potatoes were good as well. While it wasn't quite on par with the oldest elixir, the smoothies were absolutely perfect. I'm grateful for the recommendation to eat here from the vintage shop. Thank you!
We decided to give this place a shot, but we were disappointed with the service from the redheaded bartender. She seemed more focused on new customers than on those who had been waiting for their orders to be taken. The wine was decent, but it would have been better if it were served colder. I don't think we'll be coming back anytime soon. Unfortunately, it feels like the “first come, first served” policy doesn’t apply here. Peace out. Service: 1

Asked for plain cheeseburger it came with everything on it including avocado so unable to brush off. Server took back to kitchen same burger returned with avocado. When asked to speak to manager he had server be go between. He only offered gift card would not take off bill. The fish tacos were dry also. Horrible experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

great restaurant with an amazing selection of local craft beer, wein and spirituosen, most of which are made before location. very beautiful and unique atmosphere. the food was very good and the service was fast and friendly. I can't wait until I return.
no idea if that was a hidden gem or just a great place to eat, but I was very happy. I had the crabcakes and they were perfectly prepared and had huge crumbs in contrast to many places. will be back

Great spot with good beer, crab cake sandwiches and burgers. The server was friendly and accommodating. We walked the hotel, speakeasy and jail fun to see!
