My new favorite spot in Bangor! I came for breakfast and ended up with a plate that could have satisfied me for both breakfast and lunch! The fritters were excellent and not greasy. The bacon and sausage were top quality – no cheap ingredients here – and the bread seemed homemade. The waitress was incredibly accommodating, and the atmosphere was relaxed even though it was packed! I will definitely be coming back. Kudos to all the staff at the Trading Post for checking off all my boxes for a great meal!
This is a fantastic little coffee house! The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to customize any dish to meet your needs. They offer a wonderful selection of tablet bakers, desserts, and scones that pair perfectly with their coffee. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and you never feel rushed while dining. In fact, they encourage you to linger with generous coffee refills and tea top-ups!
Had lovely panini here today. (The Smokey Joe). Found the place Relaxing with good parking. Food fresh and tasty. Staff very friendly also. Would recommend. My only critque would be to replace benches with table chairs for people with dexterity problems. Other than that The Trading Post was a lovely find.
The best coffee house in Bangor! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They offer a fantastic selection of food, from fresh salads to hot meals, all prepared daily. The daily specials are excellent, and to top it all off, they serve the best coffee in the city. I can't wait to return!

The Trading Post is a Lovely New Very Welcoming Coffee Shop in Balloo/ Nr Sainburys in Bangor. The Owners Are Extremely Friendly,The Place is Very Clean,Lovely sofas and in winter a Lovely wood burner fire! Excellent menu! Chilli sausage rolls were Amazing!! 5* All Round!!
I myself and my wife have visited the trading post at two locations recommended by my son. eating is very good and the staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. the prices are most competitive and great value for money. I would suggest to them to judge it yourself.
