ouseburn has always been my favourite place in newcastle and I have spent many a day and night in the tyne bar. Located in the heart of Ouseburn, The Bridge Tavern is a charming traditional pub situated next to the River Tyne. The menu offers at least one vegan option at all times, and I was delighted with the flavorful Spicy Jack Bag that I ordered, paired with pitta nachos. My friend enjoyed their Wellington dish as well, followed by a delicious vegan chocolate brownie. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially for sitting outside on a sunny day. The friendly service here is top-notch and a great choice for vegans in the Ouseburn area.
This awesome pub now offers a variety of vegan options on their menu. We enjoyed delicious vegan burgers, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. The food was excellent quality and well-priced. We have visited multiple times and always leave satisfied. In addition to the menu items we tried, they also have vegan falafels, frankfurters, nachos, and grilled halloumi. This welcoming riverside pub is located in the trendy Ouseburn area of Newcastle.
Set at the edge of the Ouseburn this traditional pub is set next to the Tyne. There are at least 1 vegan choice at all times. My spicy jack fruit wrap was amazing, full of flavor to make it memorable served with pitta nachos. My friend had a wellington and enjoyed it too. A vegan choc brownie followed. Overall a delightful venue, excellent on a sunny day to sit outside. Best friendly service in the Ouseburn area for vegans.

It's difficult to assess the menu since it seems to be temporary. The outdoor seating was enjoyable. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. I had a great dining experience! The waiter checked in to make sure everything was okay. Surprisingly, the restaurant was open on a Monday afternoon.
I can't speak to the food, but they offer Münchner Spaten Hell on draft, which I've been craving since my last trip to Munich in 2012. We sat outside and soaked in the lively atmosphere of this bustling bar and surrounding area, away from the noise and chaos of the city center.
It's hard to evaluate the menu as it may only be temporary. The outdoor seating was nice. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The dishes were impressive! The waiter came by to make sure everything was okay. The restaurant was open on Monday afternoon.
I cannot speak to the food, but the service has been exceptional. This has been my go-to spot since 2012. We sat outside and loved the lively atmosphere at this bar, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.

One of my favourite pubs in the Toon (Ouseburn area about half mile from city centre). Popped in on a Sunday afternoon, free live music, great beers, great atmosphere when the sun's out, life doesn't get any better
