Really nice food with large portion sizes. Visited a week evening with 2 friends and we all enjoyed our meals and food choices. The restaurant was full of 6.30pm..a similar mix of families, couples and friend groups, so the noise levels were initially a little high, but that came back after about an hour as some family tables expired. A licensed bar with cheap drinks and we also had free water at our meals. Counter service so easy to use when ready to order. The food came pretty fast and was hot. Will visit again, but maybe choose a later time in the evening for a more romantic and quieter atmosphere when with my partner.
Without booking a table, but the girl at the reception really sorted us fast. The place was really busy and I can see why. It is a beautiful place, really elegant and tastefully decorated. The menu was plentiful and we decided to start on a Sharer Nacho dish. It was £9.95 and it was delicious. The daughter ordered the chicken strawganoff and it came with chips and rice and it was really packed with chicken pieces. I ordered the black and blue burger. It was beautifully presented and I ordered a side of the Koleslaw. I would definitely recommend and will be back.
For a little coming together with working friends and it was definitely a wonderful little spot beautiful in the staff were very polite and the food was for the way it looks outside and in I expected it to be a little on the expensive side, but it was so favorable for the service and the quality of the foods that you get, I had the lunch menu and will definitely refresh again for the dinner menu it was superb in every way I very much
Thank you so much for accomodating 20 of us last night for a 30th birthday, from start to finish everyone enjoyed it. The food all came out at once and was piping hot. Everyone said how lovely the food was and reasonably priced too. Thanks to the gentleman who served us too, nothing was too much. We are in Village Green quite often and have to say the food was amazing as always x
We were there for my sister’s 50th Birthday meal yesterday and it was a great night. Fabulous food, came out quickly and was tasty and hot. Great service and nobody was flustered given the size of the table. Well done to the chefs, waiting and bar staff on a wonderful evening. You did my sister proud.
