The Village Torquay

went here for lunch as our family lives in the area. we have gone a number of times over the years to their location on estevan. great food. this spot just opened here recently. obviously popular, we had a 15 min. wait. we sat outside, umbrellas appreciated. enjoyed our montreal sandwich, b.l.t., and the mushroom soup and salad. friendly and efficient staff. families present. we will definitely be back here as it certainly fills a niche in the neighbourhood!

We sat outside on the patio on a wonderful sunny day. Everything about our lunch was beautiful. The service was great and she was always smiling so nice to see. Our plates were beautiful and tasted great too. Drink menu was a little small but everything else was right on point for a lovely Saturday lunch date.

I was visiting friends nearby, and they recommended that we eat at The Village for lunch. It was delicious food with a great local atmosphere. I really enjoyed the fresh cuisine and the unique pairings of the food.

The eggs benny are very good, and the ingredients are not your usual ones. They like to use local and the result is gourmet.
