On Monday, 7/16, we made reservations through Open Table to celebrate my wife’s birthday on Saturday, 7/22 in the Vineyard’s lovely lounge area. We have been to the vineyard many times as a loyal customers, But today we had a horrific experience involving the active partner. We questioned our bill over the waitress offering us to taste a wine and then be charged for it. We were never told there would be a charge until we received the bill. Unfortunately, one of the owner partners told the waitress in our presence, to give us the credit and GET US OUT OF HERE. We spent over $300.00 for dinner and this was how it ended. My friend and I dropped by for a glass of wine and were asked if we had a reservation, which we did not. Although the entire place was reserved, the host graciously allowed us to sit before their next guest, and it worked out wonderfully. This restaurant is small and has a distinct charm. The menu featured a variety of unique dishes as well. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very inviting. I will definitely be back. I recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a seat.
I highly recommend this place! This was my third visit, and Angie was incredibly knowledgeable about the wine selection, offering fantastic recommendations for our tasting flight.
