Highly recommend!! My mom and I were going to Havre de Grace to see a show and after doing some online research, made reservations for our pre show dinner. We were NOT disappointed! Such a cute restaurant with fabulous service and food! Our server’s knowledge of the wine was really impressive (she was also one of the owners and she took time to understand what we liked before making recommendations. There are two seating areas, bar area with tables as you walk through the front door and a back room where the wine racks are. It is much more quiet in the back room. The ambiance throughout is very nice, casual, with music. The staff are very good but when busy can be forgetful. The food is consistently excellent. Small plates, medium full have a very good variety mixing non-meat, seaford, and meat choices throughout. My wife and I have tried many of the choices. Excellent every time we 've been here. We have eaten here many times, but tonight we celebrated my husband's 65th birthday! Chef John ALWAYS combines the best flavors in order to create a masterpiece of a meal. This night was the BEST so far in that the flavors and the meal was fantastic! The tuna bites we had as an appetizer I could have used as a meal just for me; they were delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly and again I can't say enough about the flavors of everything we had that night! And Jen our server was just as fabulous! Excellent, 5 star service! the menu is always changing with so many wonderful plates. Our waitress made great recommendations with food and wine. Food itself was not only beautiful packed with amazing flavor! Every bite was savored as was every sip of wine. I highly recommend the 606, the intro to red wines. The taste was sweet but not overly sweet like a dessert wine. It complimented both seafood and beef dishes. It's one of the best restaurants to go to because the staff is amazing and with the food always on par, its easy to try new foods/menu items. You just can't go wrong. The atmosphere is also top notch. Great place for a date night or just chill. Highly recommend!
I know I gush about this place, but seriously, every dish I try is better than the last! Chef Ron is a just genius and so creative with his dishes and presentations. And this is truly the ONLY place to go in the area if you love exquisite wines. They really know their stuff! The staff are always encouraging us to try something different, and because they care enough to get to know what we like, we have never been disappointed with anything we have tasted here. I will always give them 5 Stars!
We had an amazing dining experience in downtown Havre de Grace, where the food was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy. We took our daughter there to celebrate her 21st birthday and her first wine tasting. Our server, Liam, was very attentive and clearly enjoyed engaging with the customers. If you mention any special occasion to the restaurant, they go out of their way to make your visit memorable. We had a similar experience last year when we celebrated our son’s 21st birthday as well.
This restaurant is truly a hidden treasure. The service is excellent, and the staff, including the chef, are incredibly friendly. When we requested something creative, the chef prepared a special dish just for us, showcasing his creativity. The wine list is impressive, offering hundreds of options to choose from.
