Such a great concept! Culinary students get service experience and experience working in the kitchen, while patrons get to try exceptional quality food without the huge mark-up you see from restaurants on the strip.Food: 5/5

I just finished my course here at the academy and westside bistro was so affordable and everything was so good. I mean really good. This most likely the most affordable place in all of Vegas.

Excellent service, hardly anyone here at this hidden gem! And the items I ordered, the Crispy Spinach Salad, and the Shrimp Pomodoro, well presented and delicious!
