We travel often and aren't picky. It's rare for me to leave a negative review, but this restaurant was not good. We ordered off the brunch menu and everything we ate had an overwhelming and unpleasant butter taste. I ordered the poached eggs over crab. The poached eggs were severely undercooked and the bed of crab was swimming in a pool of some kind of butter-based sauce. Don't get me wrong, I love butter, but I would like my food to taste of something other than. The side potatoes were seasoned with, you guessed it...butter. The potatoes sad abed a collection of slimy, buttery greens. This restaurant was overpriced for the venue, selection and food quality.
The restaurant week menu at this establishment is absolutely incredible and offers amazing value! The quality of the food is top-notch and the portion sizes are generous. We had the opportunity to try everything on the special menu and loved every bite. The she crab soup is a must-try, but be sure to upgrade to a full bowl because a cup simply isn't enough of this delicious treat. Order the large bowl of soup and enjoy dipping bread into it to truly savor the flavors. Delicious!
I try new places during Restaurant week, and The Wharf did not disappoint. We actually got a strip and filet (with a crab cake appetizer) at this seafood place, and they were, in a word, fantastic. If a seafood place can do steak this well, I will be forced to go back and try the salmon dish. Great service as well. I'm going back, hope to see you there!
Very romantic vibe to the restaurant. Not too loud and very intimate setting. Calamari appetizer was exception with the avocado aioli on the side!! Seafood Cioppino was very hot and fresh!! NY strip was very well cooked and tasted great. Look forward to eating there again.

Having been to this restaurant several times through the years, we have always enjoyed the food. This visit was a huge disappointment. The food was not good at all and people at surrounding tables were complaining also. We will not be back.
Our anniversary dinner was made even more special by the great service and delicious food. The oysters were on point and the filet was cooked to perfection. The steak was cooked to perfection and the stuffed shrimp was delicious!
Food was excellent as always but beware the menu posted online is not the menu at the restaurant. Whole new menu. I was disappointed my favorites were no longer on their new menu. Overall food is excellent.
The host, staff, and food were all absolutely wonderful and delicious! This restaurant has been a staple in my family for over 30 years!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, especially the Cocktail Crab, which is even better than the same dish at Capitol Grill.
The food was excellent and the service was top notch. My husband and I had a fantastic evening. We will come here again.
